Bottom Up Blinds

Whether commercial or residential, uniquely shaped windows are a great way to add character to any property, however these windows can be challenging to shade. Our Bottom Up roller blinds provide complete coverage to even the most unusually shaped glazing feature.

Unique window designs are a great way to make a stunning statement and enhance the light in unusually shaped spaces. Rectangular, gable end and half gable, trapezoid, angled, arched, and circular windows can all make beautiful features in commercial and residential buildings, but present challenges when it comes to shading.

As experts in designing “bottom up” motorised blinds, we are well equipped to solve all your shading problems. These blinds raise from the floor or sill to the ceiling at the touch of a button, providing the coverage you need for any shape of blind. This design is particularly suited to triangular, trapezoid, gable and half gable windows.

As well as accounting for certain shapes, our bottom up range also allows you to conceal a blind completely in a windowsill or floor when not in use. We can also retrofit and match the frame paintwork to the existing windows that helps conceal the blind . If you wish this feature to be completely invisible from within, ask your architect or builder to talk to our team before construction commences.

All of our bottom up window blinds are motorised and should be connected to a power supply typically a fused spur or socket within 2m of the bottom of the blind. For the best results, we would be contacted and consulted before building work commences, when enabling works can be identified and planned in advance.
